Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Made-to-Order Production

Our products are custom produced to order rather than kept in stock. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production before your order ships, in addition to the transit time for the shipping method you select.

Shipping Times and Rates

Once your order has been produced, transit time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, contact us at wearsickshit@gmail.com.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

WSS Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our fulfillment facility. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at wearsickshit@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist if you notify us before the order ships.
